Steak Knife
Stored on display at Ember, you’ll receive a one-of-a-kind steak knife handcrafted by Cut Throat Knives.
Each knife features an acid-stonewashed stainless blade, iridescent abalone shell handles and warm copper pins, meaning no two are exactly alike.
Your numbered knife will be stored on display at Ember, set at your table every time you dine with us, and remains yours for the duration of your membership.
