The Welcome
Arrive & Unwind
The best conferences don’t start in the room. They start the moment your group arrives. Welcome drinks on the Pool Deck with the Sorrento foreshore below, share plates in the Beer Garden or a casual dinner under the open sky.
With 108 rooms on site, nobody is navigating transport or finding their own dinner. Everyone arrives together, settles in and the tone is set before a single slide is presented.

The Main Event
CONFERENCE IN STYLE
Halcyon Hall for your full plenary, the Grand Ballroom for medium groups, The Gallery, Coppins Lounge, Barlow, for small events or breakout rooms.
Up to six distinct spaces running simultaneously, all under one roof, all with state of the art AV and the Sunset Terrace opening onto Port Phillip Bay for lunch. Six spaces, one precinct, and Port Phillip Bay out the window at every break.
Dine Differently Every Night
The Evenings
No two dinners feel the same. A private dinner in Ember’s dining room for the leadership team. Cocktails and share plates in CeeCee’s for the full group.
A black tie gala in Halcyon Hall on the final evening, the same room that held the morning session transformed entirely. Every meal is a different experience and every experience is still thirty seconds from the hotel room.

A Night Like No Other
The Unexpected
Forget the standard conference dinner. Barlow is something else entirely. Book it exclusively for your group and choose your format. A murder mystery that has the whole team guessing, a comedy show, a trivia night, or a DJ and dancing until 3am.
It is the one evening on the program that nobody sees coming and everyone talks about afterwards. The only late night venue on the Peninsula, hidden inside the same precinct your delegates woke up in that morning
Beyond The Boardroom
The Experiences
The Mornington Peninsula doesn’t just provide the backdrop, it provides the program. On site, we run wine and cheese pairings, cocktail making classes, and wellness sessions at Aurora Spa & Bathhouse including yoga, mindfulness and magnesium riche bathing.
When the day calls for something further afield, we can help coordinate winery tours through the Peninsula’s acclaimed vineyards, dolphin swims in Port Phillip Bay, clifftop hikes along the coastal trail, or a round at one of the region’s championship golf courses. Team building that actually builds something, and a destination that makes the whole thing feel like a reward, not an obligation.
