At Ember, everything begins with the flame. Premium Australian Wagyu, is cooked over our open grill, where heat, smoke and timing work together to create a crust that gives way to a perfectly blushed centre. This is not a steak night. It’s a ritual.
Every Wednesday evening, enjoy our fire-grilled Wagyu steak, served with house chips, slaw and your choice of sauce.
