Settle in for a generous shared Christmas feast, beginning with an abundant selection of Australian seafood and charcuterie, followed by honey roasted Christmas ham, slow roasted sirloin and Humpty Doo barramundi, served alongside all the festive favourites. Finish on a sweet note with our Conti Christmas Mess, featuring crisp meringue, vanilla cream, fresh seasonal fruit and shaved chocolate.
