Starting on the most fitting day of the year, the highly anticipated High Tea By The Sea returns on Mother’s Day and is available in Coppins Lounge every Sunday thereafter from 2-5 pm. Indulge in a selection of sweet and savoury delights prepared by Scott Pickett and his talented team of chefs featuring traditional scones with house-made jams and cream, finger sandwiches and delectable pastries served with speciality teas by Yugen Tea.

Experience a vibrant menu that celebrates classic favourites such as fresh scones served with house-made cream and delicious jams alongside a weekly rotating menu of indulgent and inventive treats such as spanner crab croissants, choux pastry with yuzu Chantilly and pavlova with lemon myrtle meringue… to name a few!
